We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Secretarial Assistant.
As a Secretarial Assistant, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
Duties:
- Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and organizing documents - Manage the front desk by greeting visitors and answering phone calls - Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues - Assist with office management tasks, such as ordering supplies and maintaining inventory - Enter orders into the system accurately and efficientl Requirements:
